The Olympia 2026 featured multiple Olympia debuts with athletes from all over the world qualifying and competing at the grandest stage of them all for the first time looking to make an impact.
Another such successful Olympia debuts this year was in the 212 division. The Japanese bodybuilding phenom Naotaka Yokokawa made his olympia debut this year and took home a 7th place finish in an absolutely stacked line-up, placing ahead of some of the most seasoned pros in the division.

Noataka earned a name for himself in the Japanese Bodybuilding scene by competing in various local and regional shows throughout Japan and with his impressive physique gained a massive social following. Naotaka landed on the world bodybuilding radar in 2025 when he made his return to the bodybuilding stage at a NPC Worldwide x FWJ regional show. Bodybuilding critiques and fans around the world were amazed by the physique Naotaka displayed at the regional show.

The FWJ show attracted worldwide attention towards Naotaka who was later set to compete at the Amateur Olympia Japan in Nov 2025 in an attempt to go PRO. And as expected, Naotaka won his pro card at the Amateur Olympia Japan and also went on to make his pro debut at the Japan Pro in August 2026.
The Naotaka dominance continued and Naotaka punched his Olympia 2026 ticket at the Japan Pro by winning his Pro Debut.

Physique wise Naotaka has a very complete physique with a beautiful structure that resembles a bodybuilding physique while also maintaining a classic structure. His presentation, posing and pose execution are also up to the mark.
We believe Naotaka will soon be climbing up the ranks and become a top contender for the title in the near future.
We look forward to seeing more of him in the coming season and wish him good luck!
