Our continuous effort has always been to give athletes the spotlight they deserve. Therefore here we are, starting “Athlete Spotlight of the Month”, a new segment under our CHF Exclusives.
And we are kicking off our very first “Athlete Spotlight of the Month” for the month of October 2025 with the newest bodybuilding sensations right now… Nihat Kaya.
Nihat is a Turkish bodybuilder and an IFBB Pro who started competing in the pro division fairly recently but has achieved a lot in a short time. Nihat has competed at the Dubai Pro twice in the 212 category. First in 2024 which was also his PRO debut where he placed 2nd out of 21 competitors. Then in 2025 where he placed 1st and got his Olympia qualification.
Nihat went on to compete at the Olympia in the Men’s 212 division few days ago and took home a 4th place finish. Nihat’s Olympia debut is one of the most successful Olympia Debuts in recent times. Achieving a 4th place finish at the Olympia in your 4th show ever is definitely a record to be proud of.
Turning PRO :
Nihat turned PRO at the NPC Morocco championships in June 2023 and became the youngest Turkish PRO. Unlike other pro’s Nihat took a complete year off, worked on his physique and finally made his PRO debut at the Dubai Pro Event in July 2024. Nihat was working under coach Patrick Tuor during this period.

Dubai Pro 2024 – 2nd Place (Men’s 212 Bodybuilding)
Dubai Pro 2025 – 1st Place (Men’s 212 Bodybuilding)
Mr Olympia 2025 – 4th Place (Men’s 212 Bodybuilding)
Physique :
Nihat has got a very complete physique. Flaring Lats, well developed quads and a well balanced ‘X’ frame… Nihat has also put on a considerable amount of muscle since turning PRO in 2023. Overall he’s got an amazing structure and flow to his physique.
Nihat has got all the tools to be a potential 212 champion in the near future!
Latest News/Updates :
Nihat continues to work under coach Patrick Tuor and is working to improve his physique even more for the coming season.
Really excited to see Nihat grow in the sport and also looking forward to seeing a more improved version of him next season.
