We at Cubes Health and Fitness are delighted to introduce our newest segment under our CHF Blogs – “The Next Rising Star.” Our objective through this segment is to give the up and coming athletes a platform and recognition they deserve.
And we are beyond excited to be starting our segment with the newest Spanish bodybuilding sensations, Joan Pradells Martinez.
Joan is a Spanish IFBB Pro and Open Bodybuilding competitor who has been on a roll, this post Olympia season. Showing up to a show every weekend across Europe and taking home multiple top 5 finishes, thus establishing himself as one of the top contenders to win at any given show.
Joan started the post Olympia season with the British Grand Prix, which took place a week after the Olympia. Joan competed against some of the seasoned Pros like Sas Heirati, Michal Krizzo and James Hollingshead and took home an impressive 3rd place finish.
Up next for Joan was an even bigger challenge, The EVLS Prague Pro which took place a week after the Grand Prix and was attended by multiple top 10 Olympians including Martin Fitzwater and the 2024 Mr Olympia, Samson Dauda. Joan held his own on stage and took home a 5th place finish in a fierce and close battle.
Joan later went on to compete at the Everest Muscle Stars Poland Pro which took place this past weekend. Joan brought an amazing package here and took home a 2nd place finish, his highest in all the three shows.
Well, Joan is not done yet and is set to compete at the Romania Muscle Fest Pro this weekend, which is also one of the biggest shows of the year especially in the post Olympia season.
Physique wise, Joan has definitely got the size and structure for open bodybuilding. And with enough time by his side, Joan has the tools to grow, polish and improve his physique in the coming years. And therefore it is safe to say that Joan will surely be climbing up the ranks very soon.
