Cubes Health and Fitness Yearly Awards 2021 Nominations

Alright, it is time for Cubes Health and Fitness Yearly Awards.

We are very delighted to inform you that we’ve added two new sub-categories to our awards making it a total of 7 awards that will be given out this year and 6 of which will be judged via public voting.

Following is the list of awards being given out this year :

  1. Most Dominating PRO of the Year
  2. Most Improved PRO of the Year
  3. Most Promising Physique of the Year (Classic Physique)
  4. Most Ideal Freshman athlete of the Year (Men’s BB)
  5. Most Ideal Freshman athlete of the Year (Classic Physique)
  6. Most Ideal Freshman athlete of the Year (Women’s Bikini)
  7. Most Ideal Freshman athlete of the Year (Women’s Figure)

Now, let’s dive into the nominations for each award :

2. Most Improved PRO of the Year

  • Samson Dauda
  • Quinton Eriya
  • Lucas Coelho

– Samson has been on a roll throughout the entire 2021 season. Competed in as many as 5 shows, taking home a win at the Prague Pro and multiple Top 2 and Top 3 finishes at some of the biggest shows like the Arnold Classic UK and the Romania Muscle Fest. 

– Quinton is one of those athletes that has been consistently improving over the last few years, which has also helped him jump up in the placings. He recently took 5th and 2nd at the Romania and the Toronto Pro.

– Lucas is like those highly energetic athletes that are ready to take up an impossible looking challenge and give it their best. Lucas has shown some tremendous improvements in a very shot period of time. Lucas won the Big Evolution Pro and also competed at the Olympia in 2021.

3. Most Promising Physique of the Year (Classic Physique)

  • Urs Kalecinski
  • Jose Bueriberi
  • Dmitri Vorotyntsev

– Urs was one of those lesser known athletes that were not really on anybody’s radar heading into the Olympia. But he shocked everybody with his exceptional conditioning and a well put together posing routine that landed him a 4th place finish.

– Jose Bueriberi aka “Madelman” is one of those very few athletes who’s got an amazingly Classic structure and an incredible physique. Jose competed in multiple shows in 2021 and won almost every single one of them.

– Dmitri has got a very pretty structure and an amazing flow to his physique. Though he has not made any significant impact in the industry yet, he definitely is one of those to watch out for in the coming years.

4. Most Ideal Freshman athlete of the Year (Men’s Bodybuilding)

  • Carlos Thomas Jr
  • Jordan Hutchinson
  • Anton Bippus
  • Emir Omeragic
  • Melnikov Andrei
  • Pablo Ilopis
  • Carlos Thomas Jr

– Won his Pro Card at the NPC National Championships 2021.

  • Jordan Hutchinson

– Won his Pro Card at the NPC USA Championships 2021.

  • Anton Bippus

– Won his Pro Card at the Oksana Grishina Classic 2021.

  • Emir Omeragic

– Won his Pro Card at the Mr.Big Evolution Pro Qualifier 2021.

  • Melnikov Andrei

– Won his Pro Card at the NPC Worldwide Russia Pro Qualifier 2021.

  • Pablo Ilopis

– Won his Pro Card at the Olympia Amateur Spain 2021.

5. Most Ideal Freshman athlete of the Year (Classic Physique)
