The CHF Transformation Contest took place on 29 and 30 April 2020.
Amidst all the chaos that was going on around us, the travel restrictions, the cancellation of shows… there was not much happening in the bodybuilding world to talk about. That’s when we thought of holding some sort of an online contest that would happen on Instagram itself, which would be judged via public voting. And that’s how the CHF Transformation Contest came into existence.
After planning and plotting for some time, it was decided that the contest was going to be a 5 year transformation contest wherein the competitors would be required to submit a collage of their 5 year transformation.
We reached out to a few IFBB Pro’s and almost everybody agreed to do it. The competitor list and more details are available in the above coursel.

After receiving the collages by 28th, the VOTING began on 29th and continued for 24hrs.
It was Hameed Juma, who was leading with 80% of total votes in his favour. And therefore Hameed became the winner of the first ever CHF Transformation Contest.
